These terms apply to every towing, roadside assistance, and transport job booked with Riyadh Tow Services by WhatsApp, phone, or this website.

Quotes and prices
Prices quoted on WhatsApp or by phone are fixed for the job as described (pick-up, destination, vehicle, time). If the job changes materially on site, for example the car cannot roll and needs winch loading, the driver will explain the extra cost before proceeding.
Payment
Payment is due on delivery by cash, STC Pay, Mada, or bank transfer unless a company account has been agreed. Intercity and GCC transport may require a deposit.
Cancellation
Cancellation after a truck has been dispatched carries a fee of SAR 100 inside Riyadh. Intercity cancellations after departure are charged pro rata.
Vehicle condition
Drivers photograph the vehicle before loading and at delivery. Pre-existing damage is noted. Claims for transit damage must be raised at delivery before the driver leaves.
Ownership
You confirm you own the vehicle or are authorised by the owner. For lockout jobs we check ID and registration before opening a vehicle.
Liability
Vehicles are carried under cargo insurance. Loose items left inside the vehicle are not covered. Liability is limited to the insured value or the repair cost, whichever is lower.
Waiting time
Thirty minutes of waiting is included. Additional waiting is charged at SAR 30 per 15 minutes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
