What it loads
- Cars with collapsed suspension or a wheel torn off
- Vehicles on their side or roof, righted before loading
- Cars trapped against a central barrier or a wall
- Write-offs going to an insurance compound
- Any vehicle Najm has cleared for removal from the scene
What it will not take
- Anything over 3.5 t once loaded — a heavy-duty wanch attends instead
- Scenes still under police or Najm control, until they release the vehicle
- Vehicles with a fuel or battery leak, which need the fire service first
How the hydraulics do the job

The truck parks to shield the scene, hazard boards go out, and the crew photographs the vehicle before touching it.

Skates go under any wheel that will not turn; if the car is on its side, a righting strap over the sill rolls it back onto its wheels.

The winch drags the car onto the bed on its skates, and loose panels are strapped down before the truck moves.

Do you wait for Najm before loading?
Always, unless the traffic police instruct otherwise because the car is blocking a live lane. The Najm report depends on the scene, so moving the car early can cost you the claim.
Can you recover a car that is on its roof?
Yes. The crew fits a righting strap over the sill and uses the winch to roll it back onto its wheels, then loads it on skates. This is a two-person job and is why the rescue wanch never comes alone.
Will you take the car straight to my insurance workshop?
Yes. Give us the workshop name or the Najm reference and we deliver there. We work with the approved workshop lists of the main Saudi insurers every day.
What if a wheel came off completely?
A go-jack goes under that corner. It is a small hydraulic trolley that takes the weight of the hub, letting the car be winched on without dragging the brake disc along the road.
